Been going here for 20 years. Exchange old books and get credit towards any books you buy. Science Fiction prefered. Credit good for same type books, except Sci-Fi credit good for any type book.

A great, old fashioned paper pages stuck together open it to read it, no back light, no batteries needed BOOK store! All organized and alphabetized for your paperback perusing pleasure. If you can't find it and they have it, they'll know where it is! Which was embarrassing for me, because it was right where it should be, I just didn't see it. the VBE has a great selection and buys your books too -- check out their web site for details.

I drive past this little used bookshop almost daily and today I decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the prices. The person working (who I believe was probably the owner) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the items in the store. While this was my first visit it certainly will not be my last.

I grew up in that store and the house behind it. So very thankful Village Books takes great pride in keeping up the building and offering great service. My Dad would have been proud. He was actually born on that very corner. Keep up the good work.
